£27,500 + OTE of up to £35,000

5 day week 40hrs - shifts across Monday to Sunday

• Ensure data input/document processing is completed and not backlogged more than 1 hour in any period (holiday periods excepted)
• Collate and analyse data and report information to Management at the daily operating meeting
• Ensure all customer requests/queries are executed within one hour/one day dependent upon priority
• Full co-operation with advisors/account managers in maintaining excellent customer service and accurate records
• Ensure all packs are passed to the administration department compliantly
• Manage team to ensure all invoices requested from dealerships within 1 hour of pack being received from sales
• Manage team to ensure all proofs/docs chased from customers within 1 hour of pack being received from sales
• Manage team to ensure all customers updated every day with the progress/status of their order where pack is with handover for over a day
• Manage team to ensure all packs to be ‘right first time’ with invoices, proofs and documents checked for completion and quality before being passed to Pay-outs

• Exceptional telephone skills and customer service experience essential
• Proven track record of working to targets and deadlines essential
• Experience of managing a team essential
• Finance regulations, although not essential
• Ability to pick up processes quickly and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and efficiency
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
